Waterfalls have real health benefits!

Waterfalls put negative ions into the air. Inhaling these ions increases the amount of oxygen in your brain, kills germs, & increases serotonin levels (improving mood, increasing mental alertness, & relieving stress).

Visited Mt. St. Helens area yesterday & came away super impressed with WA Parks Mt Saint Helens Interpretive Center (2nd & 3rd pics taken at the Interpretive Center).

Fun Fact: The Tongass National Forest, in Southeast Alaska, is the largest U.S. National Forest that’s also a temperate rainforest
