The cover of YAYA AND THE DAN-TATS matches my tapestry of the Chinese character for Dragon perfectly. My mother started rug-hooking this when she was pregnant with me. She passed away four years ago. She made the best dan-tats.

I had a wonderful time visiting Frank Morgan Elementary and sharing TORRIBLE PUNS to around 350 third through fifth graders. Their laughter was pure music to my ears and their enthusiastic questions were awesome. Loved every minute.
