I've done better on atProto than I have on just about every pure social media platform/protocol I've ever touched. I'd have to throw forums & music distro sites in to beat it, but that's apples & oranges. As such, yeah this place is where to connect now. Twitter & Meta platforms are DOA for reach.

Apple’s Podcasts app isn’t even good. Stop using it and use Downcast or Pocket Casts.
Something very strange is happening to the Apple Podcasts app. Over the last few months I’ve found the Podcasts app will randomly open religion/spirituality podcasts. Sometimes app opens by itself and directs people to potentially malicious website. Apple no response

Apple’s Podcasts app isn’t even good. Stop using it and use Downcast or Pocket Casts.

Seen a lot of HGTV at Mom’s this past week and the fact they leave this promo in the corner during EVERY SHOW is ridiculous! They promote one episode per week constantly? It’s so dumb.
They should take the promo bug down and only pop it up occasionally.

A friend reminded me of the time back in 2016 when Stu Levy was still with Tokyopop & uploaded a full fansub of Angel's Egg onto their official YouTube channel, leading to me having to not only ask if they owned the rights (they did not), but to actually explain to him that that was uh, illegal lol.
