If states are willing to go after ICE agents, let's assist as much as possible.

Look familiar?

Time for a #revolution in the U.S.
Inside the Hermitage, the winter palace where Tsar Nicholas II and his family lived before they were executed—in a country where Russians were starving.

A middle finger to erasure.

More of this, please. Now do Black Lives Matter!
Boycott. Starve the beast. Use Duck Duck Go Go or another browser. Shop on Etsy instead of Amazon - a lot of stuff there is actually less expensive.

We have to quit giving these asshats our money. It's the only language they speak.
Why is Apple, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Blackstone, Google, OpenAI, Amazon and others financing the destruction of the WH and desecration of the grounds, something that is infuriating to huge chunk of the American population? Do you hate your customers that much?

It's always been about Putin and Russia. And turning the U.S. into Russia is not just for Trump: Global oligarchs are feeding at the trough that used to be American democracy.

Well, well, well...

He did everything he possibly could to overturn the election & stay in power - threatening his VP, Govs & Secs of States, organizing a mob to storm the Capitol. He knew if he ordered a military coup they would’ve refused & he would’ve been tried for treason. That’s why he left.
Great, insightful thread Thank you!

The Resistance also planned, coordinated, & executed sabotage acts on electrical power grids, transport facilities, & telecommunications networks. The proportion of the French people who participated in organized resistance has been estimated from 1-3% of the total populous. (9/10)

Then in 1943 the French did a 3rd Revolution/Resistance against the Nazi’s, in which they dumped & put up flyers, stole ammunitions, aided the Allies, while killing many of the Hitler’s loyal soldiers. (8/10)

The 1st French Revolution was finished, superseded by the Napoleonic era.

In July 1830, the 2nd French Revolution began w/ King Charles X issuing the "July Ordinances," which restricted press freedom, dissolved the Chamber of Deputies, & reduced the electorate. (5/10)

The revolutionary spirit swept across the French countryside. Desperate, poor, & furious, the peasants revolted against years of exploitation & maltreatment, looting & burning the homes of tax collectors, nobles, landlords, & anyone seen as elite. (4/10)

It’s far from the most important thing, morally right now, or in terms of the human stakes, but the ballroom thing is really breaking my brain.
I only wish I ate that healthy. Gummy bears over here.

Voters should pick their representatives, not the other way around. Glad to get the chance to talk to some of the volunteers and organizers doing the hard work to make sure Prop 50 passes. This vote will have critical implications, not just for California, but for our entire country.
Hey #Resistance follow this great resistance leader @parkroseperma.bsky.social. She's making so much sense of what we're doing, what's next, why a #GeneralStrike doesn't make sense (yet) and why we should assume we're winning this:

Until my parent got a union job, our family also relied on free school lunches and food benefits. I learned a lot from those experiences - the before and after experiences as a child of a parental union job were profound and shaped my politics.
I lived with my dad when I was very young and he didn’t apply for food stamps or free school lunches, though we qualified.

So, I went hungry. It was awful. I begged neighbors for saltine crackers. I can say it was the worst time of my life.

Children shouldn’t go hungry. Restore SNAP benefits.
