Took some digging to find my example of vdl2 messing with noaa apt and METEOR-M, if you look at the vdl blips, they cause interference across the spectrum (this was without an lna, so imagine it amplified, many post on fb Apt group) this interference will kill the sync of METEOR-M decoding
There's an issue created by the sawbird+'s cascading lna's. The 1st lna overloads the second, noticeable so if you live in an area of high aircraft traffic. The was even some pictures floating around on modifying the sawbird+ noaa to bypass the 2nd lna.
With all those planes over you, you may be better off with the sawbird noaa (no plus) I also have the sawbird + noaa, I used it for a week, then shelved it, been in there since September 2022
