The couple of times I’ve gotten mine in I used the side of my bathtub. That way my glutes could separate easily and I could slowly pull myself to the apex.

I use the apex to work the sphincter complex and eventually they will relax enough that it slowly pops in. Controlled breathing is key!

Cage size is not a contest.

Time locked is not a contest.

Unlocking to care for hygiene and the rest of your body is more important than being in a cage.

If you only lock yourself occasionally, that’s just as valid as the 24/7 locked people.

Not having a key holder is perfectly valid.
