Pleased to reveal January's Tree of the Month.

This beautiful thing is in a graveyard, in Bath. Doesn't feel like a bad place to end up.

Green grass is visible at the foreground of the photo, with a few gravestones. Centrally placed, but further back, is a luscious green tree. It is very triangular, and makes a lovely contrast against the blue sky.

The photo shows a close up of a tree trunk, with a reddish hue to the bark. The bark has some strange circle patterns on it, and ivy growing up it from the ground. On the floor are old brown needles, and at the top of the photo there are the lower branches of the tree on show.

The photo is occupied entirely by the three trunk, showing a tiny bit of holly and ivy growth from the bottom. The tree trunk is reddish brown and showcases some circular patterns.

(Alright, sure, it's just a basic solid granny square, but ya gal has gone down to a 6mm hook and it's not even been blocked yet 👌🏼)

A small solid style granny square. The square is incomplete and only shows two rounds, but they are largely even. The thread used is a sort of blue green with flecks of purple in it. It rests on top of a grey foam block.

Ghost Baby Clifford is here to announce that it is officially spooky season. Let the festivities commence.

A crochet segment for a blanket. It is large and covers one half of a two seater sofa. It is square and uses a DC (US) TC (UK) stitch. The middle is blue, then there is a pink square, then a white, another pink, before finishing in blue. The pattern is trans flag inspired. There is a 'trans rights are human rights' electronic sticker on the bottom left, and a frog holding a trans flag electronic sticker on the bottom right.

A single colour granny square, made using a multicolour thread to instead create a very fluid multicolour effect. Colours on show are light green, yellow, peachy pink, and purple.

Irrationally proud of some wool I threaded.

Photo shows a crocheted granny square.

It is a basic style, with a grey middle in a small cross pattern, with a sage green round outside of that, followed by another grey round and finally a blue round to complete. The shape is square and has several (intended) holes throughout.

A super shout out to my husband who sneakily booked a lesson for me (because I was losing my mind with my solo attempts!!), otherwise I'd still be doing and undoing the same stupid chain every night, getting absolutely nowhere.
