Our goal is twofold: to provide deeper insight into the operating principles of GFETs in nonlinear applications such as frequency mixing, and to contribute to advancing the TRL of graphene-based high-frequency electronics.

In this work, we propose a systematic methodology for designing RF mixers based on a single graphene transistor (GFET). We analyze how both circuit-level design and technological parameters influence the performance of these devices.

During this insightful event, Mohit presented a poster on his research, contributing to the ongoing discussions in the field of 2D materials based memristors. (2/2)
We are pleased to share that Mohit D. Ganeriwala, a postdoctoral researcher from our group at Pearl UGR, participated in the Workshop on Novel (2D) Materials and Their Applications, held in Aachen, Germany, on February 17-18, 2025. (1/2)
Our focus is to abstract all the recent developments and advances in the theory of interlayer exciton formation, recombination and dissociation into a device-scale effective description, developing an extended van Roosbroeck system within the framework of the Drift-Diffusion(3/4)
In this work we account for the role of interlayer excitons and the band alignment in a 2-dimensional material-based van der Waals heterobilayer as the active region of a gated-diode, aiming at photovoltaic applications.
