Wernicke-Korsakoff Encephalopathy in a pediatric patient on ketogenic diet?

A rare complication , but needs high index of suspicion for diagnosis. Think about it especially if multivitamins are stopped, or if there is feeding intolerance since stores deplete within 4-6 weeks.
