CP mimics? This study shows a high yield of genetic mimickers of CP in carefully selected cohorts.

This study from India found >50% yield for mimickers with WES in carefully selected cohort of patients with stable non-progressive course, with no clinical or radiographic cause of "CP" identified

Wernicke-Korsakoff Encephalopathy in a pediatric patient on ketogenic diet?

A rare complication , but needs high index of suspicion for diagnosis. Think about it especially if multivitamins are stopped, or if there is feeding intolerance since stores deplete within 4-6 weeks.
