For too long, many have felt their pain during these procedures was dismissed or inadequately managed. You have options & the right to advocate for yourself
A common, but often overlooked, cause for stabbing pelvic pain is muscle cramps deep within the pelvic floor.
Consider consulting a specialised pelvic health physiotherapist. They can help your pelvic floor muscles relearn how to relax and ‘turn down’ the nervous system.
