honestly this is funny because i think twitter ATM is more fun because it's more active there, but what makes it active is also somewhat bane of my existance there (indonesians and autobases)

i do like being able to see some users that have left twitter for here though, like zenkichi's EN VA...... but at the moment my early hunch just ended up becoming true, being this site is just another "trash" to me. there's nothing to do here

made this thing primarily because twitter was so intensely heated and stressful. but i also later on end up deciding to never use it on mobile again, and next month would be a year since that. i feel way better ever since... still have the stupid lingering anxiety, but at least it's not 24/7.

it's about the downtime talks. a good amount of times, people talk about their watercolor tools & paints. sometimes ink pens. so i'm just like "? what are we talking about, i get it but also not really, no clear picture of what are we talking about here help" sometimes

been into some urban sketching communities and i feel like you'd be better if you're a watercolor user. i mean you could use other tools, the folks are welcoming any mediums, but i just get the feel you can talk with others easier if you use them bc most people there use that

after i got into P5, i just didin't keep up much anymore. didn't even know he has another movie in his belt

then 2025 happened??? very shocking that i realize hyperfixations don't go away, they just went dormant and now they woke up... me in 2018 would've gone nuts over these photos?????

i actually tried playing other games, or watching other shows (my favorite discover was dispatches from elsewhere), but... i guess i just already ended up liking his work, haha. i'm just glad fargo S5 seems to be a mostly return to form, albeit not as peak as 2014 - 2017 hawley

TBH i personally don't find most of his works from that timeframe to be super bad, i still enjoyed his show works. but legion S2 ending on a controversial note was my breaking point, it's not even fun to be there anymore. so i felt really thankful when i end up in persona 5 (strikers)

if you've followed me before 2021, or digged my tumblr a bit deeper, you'd notice i post some stuffs about fargo and especially legion. legion was the show that turned me into a fan of him, but later on i got soured from it during 2018 - 2020 due to his middling-bad works & cockiness (AKA TCA 2018)

photo of my hawley's books collection... there's before the fall, anthem, and fargo coffee tablebook. there's a caption about the photo: still have this in my shelf. i still think about his works once in a while, i just don't engage as much as i used to anymore. nowdays, i just prefer to keep up to date what is he making and enjoy it without looking at reviews etc.
