Most of my problems stem from the shader nodes breaking due to bugs, or new limitations and jank.

Fixing it was more hassle than it was worth in the end, because it meant that I had to rework the entire thing.

It was just the amount of nodes that kept breaking the shader set up when in 4.1 was ok.

that makes so much sense, it's my first time doing this stuff and I used the symbols for organizing the properties. I assume you got the whole thing to work?

like all of the eye textures and such, because that was causing me problems when moving it to 4.5, I'll see if I can take a look at it later
