Why? idk
Maybe just so I can see umineko characters and mine in the same style since it's big influence on me.
I mean, the expressions I chose to c0mm for Caroline are right from Natsumi Kei's parts of the manga.

This is something different I got a long time ago from the archives. The original estimated costs of modernsation for HMS Hood and their timings, also mentioned are Rodney and Nelson.
Figured it'd be more interesting to see the orignal views of ADM 229/20 than a typed out one.
