Nothing like being told to plan to discuss my role and place in group that is not butt pickering.

7am CrossFit workout at 27° wasn't all that bad.
I needed 3 layers until the last part of the kettlebell swings and 800m run then down to 2 layers.
I did the workout exactly how I wanted and finished in 19:30.
