VSIP & VERA should be used and updated to account for inflation. Agencies should have to follow the standard RIF procedures. Congress should have to approve these cuts.

I am one of those federal workers with my job at risk and I'm in your district! I'm a veteran and have over 20 years of service! Please fight these reckless cuts! But also make sure you do what you can to help the ones that lose their jobs! We need an update of the Fed. Workforce Restructuring Act.
