La guerra a Gaza ha suposat una apagada informativa en tota regla. La persecució i assassinat de les periodistes palestines se suma a la impossibilitat de la premsa estrangera de poder accedir al territori i la censura dels mitjans de comunicació crítics a l'Estat d'Israel. Davant d'això han sorgit nombroses veus que des del periodisme ciutadà intenten documentar la tragèdia.

Gaza is one of the most dangerous places in the world to be a civilian now that Israeli forces have resumed their military campaign with even more ferocity, but for the first responders who rush towards the wreckage of bombed buildings, the risks are multiplied many times over.
