Cities missing out on nature-based solutions that could boost climate resilience, experts warn
With climate change expected to intensify heat waves, flooding and air pollution in cities worldwide, why are we not tapping into the full potential of nature-based solutions?

GTFO of our bidness. We're bleeding people at the moment and have no bandwidth to do xenophobia on your behalf (enough racist pricks in charge already).

This is profoundly undemocratic and centralises decisionmaking in a way that will produce lots of bad outcomes.

Brought to you by the parties that campainged on more local control. What a bunch of crooks and liars.

@davemosk I'm worried that MS is going to get burned badly when this bubble implodes. And I only care because they are the largest buyer of carbon removal credits globally by a massive margin. Google doesn't even come close.

The voluntary markets would be far less liquid if this whale stopped […]

@janef0421 That would suck so hard. I wouldn't put it past him, or the party in general. It's the curse of centre-left parties at the moment...Carney has also turned out to be a real shitweasel with all of his conflicts of interest with fossil industries.

@XauriEL Poverty, marginalisation, hopelessness, and desperation. These are the root causes of crime and antisocial behaviour. We can fix the causes, or moan about the symptoms. Start with the extinction of billionaires. That will be way more than enough to end poverty, for starters.
