All I am trying to do is get a bunch of buttons to work as anchors without having to use javascript.

This should be easy, but it really isn't. They have sixteen display styles, multiple ways to align horizontally and vertically and no consistency.

I am currently struggling with the illogical mess that are HTML stylesheets. There are a bazillion controls and there are six ways to achieve a certain effect but only some of them can be used in some circumstances.

Have to say I despise any and all heuristic hacks like that. They appear to be helpful but only to people looking at their one small problem. They come round and bite when building big stuff because internal components have peculiar behaviors.

Andrew may have had sex with Giuffre in London when she was 17. That is gross but not illegal under UK law, age of consent is 16. Epstein may have coerced Giuffre but there is no evidence Andrew knew.

Repeating the pretense that the prosecutors dropped the charge for lack of evidence rather than taking a routing step to streamline the case marks you out as a scummy liar trying to deceive.

They had evidence, plenty of it.

But they already had him down for 2 life sentences plus 40 years.

As a general rule, prosecutors don't generally book an attempted crime when they have a completed one with a higher sentence.

Oh and release the Epstein files.
