I spent so long on this sweater and had to redo the damn sleeve twice because it was on the wrong side and I’m honestly not even sure I like it anymore. It kind of makes his shoulders look bulky or something.

Haru Casting is such a phenomenal person. He allowed me to purchase another Harold head because my stupidity ruined my original and he even sent me some instant coffee.

I just have to get over my fear of unstringing his ears.

Got insanely lucky and Haru Casting is going to be making me another Harold head because I can’t fix the one my cat ruined. I feel so overwhelmingly grateful that he’s willing to do this for me! Absolutely the best customer support!
