I do not wish to sugar coat anything. So I will just come out and say it. 2025 was one of the absolute worst years of my life. I cannot think of one genuine highlight at all. Worse years like 2014 and 2020 had much lower lows, but at least SOME good things happened. ...nah they are still worse tho..

It is funny that my current predicament has come from completely neglecting myself because I no longer saw value in myself. And while I have started taking "better" care of myself... one area has suffered permanent damage I must put up with for the rest of my life.
