My mom just died from dementia. You can avoid getting dementia by doing the following. 1. get hearing aids, 2. get the shingles vaccination, 3. take a multivitamin, 4. get pneumonia vaccination, 5. get RSV vaccination. Don't do this for yourself but for your family. Save them a horrible ordeal!

Also... A study indicates that a daily multivitamin also delays the onset of dementia. I have been taking one since 2008.
