As the highway to Le-Koro was being dug. chitchatter between the workers was a quite a normal happening. It was mainly about the work being done. Some thought it was quite important. Well others thought they should put more menpower to the lightstone mines.

By using a third party piece. This doesnt work with most turagas and I got it to work with all the toa mata. Here is a picture of the assembly of his neck. The one connecting to the brain stalk is the third party piece
