At the start of April, I was 147kg! Got a new Treadmill, started eating better and set out to hopefully be down to 120kg by my 48th Birthday (today, 4th Oct). 🎂
I bloody well did it! im now 119kg! 💪
Sure I have many kgs to lose yet, BUT I'm just proud of reaching this major goal!

I did the Marathon to Athens Challenge, 42.2km in less than 6 days (NOTE: I was walking on my treadmill, not running).
