There is a Veterans Town Hall happening tomorrow at 5:30 PM in coordination with Worker Power and Vets Forward. How can we fight back and demand care for those who were willing to sacrifice everything? Come discuss!

This year, thousands of workers at Tucson's Veterans' Administration saw their jobs on the line, when Rep. Juan Ciscomani and Secretary Collins toured the Tucson VA facility and contemplated how they might achieve the Trump administration's 15% cuts. Meanwhile, cuts to the federal workforce are disproportionately impacting veterans and their families, as one out of every 10 employed veterans works for the federal government. How can we fight back and demand care for those who were willing to sacrifice everything? On Saturday mornings we are launching out of The AZ List office on 2720 E Broadway Blvd to knock the central and western Wards in the city. We will be introducing our candidates to voters in Ward 1, 3, 5, and 6. We will meet at 9am, build community, go over basics of canvassing and then go out into the neighborhood to knock doors.
