For me, art therapy has been incredibly helpful.
Through my art therapist's recommendation, I got this as a supplement to sessions to help with processing everything going on 🎨🖌️🖼️📔👩🏻‍🎨.

But the coincidence of sequences of events is a bit uncanny.

Last summer, when I almost died in the hospital while inpatient...
I kept on seeing my mom and other people prior to it happening.
Mostly my mom though.
Lived to tell the tale.

This morning I had a severe chronic pain flare up that was so bad that I switched over from working on site to working at home.
Luckily, today was a scheduled read and research day, so it worked out. 🥺

Grateful to be safe and to be okay now. 🥹

There is only so much non relevant nonsense that I can take, be it physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

That type of dynamic makes no sense in terms of positive patient outcomes, with boarding patients that way.

Unfortunately in contrast, if all of this is strictly being evaluated by metrics from a financial perspective, it explains a whole lot...which is sadly the reason(s) why it is happening.

There are a lot of good makeup tutorial girlies on YouTube and TikTok to check out.

Whenever I am interested in a new look or product, I always see how it is used.
Also works well to see how someone with a similar complexion as mine when possible, to get an idea what it will look like on me.

Whenever I see posts like this, I feel a sense of vindication, for these are the conversations that doctors need to be having with their progressive condition(s) patients.
Especially for those in particular circumstances (ie.neurodivergent) where they already face complications in medical care.
