If SCOTUS strikes down illegal tariffs, I don’t think it’s sneaky Trump W some libs worry about:
1. Possibility of having to pay back 100s of BILLIONS in revenue from illegal taxes. HORRIBLE optics
2. Tariff reputation sticky.
3. Trump could try again with nonIEEPA authority.

I think part of the reason the debate I had last night with MAGA conservatives re Comey indictment and Politicization of the DOJ was so one-sided and easy is because all the usual suspects can’t even try to defend the blatant corruption of Trump.
