Please remember that being sex positive and consent go hand-in-hand!!! chiming in bc a lot of nsfw has landed on my timeline untagged and even people who are good with nsfw don’t want to see it all the time (see: at work/campus). Bsky has robust show/warn/hide settings, let people decide!

i am an anti and i dont think that you need to hurt yourself or anything of the sort. you shouldnt be hard on yourself about things that are out of your control. healing is never easy but the most important thing you should focus on is yourself and not how others will view you

hey idk if youre going to see this but i dont think you need to do something that extreme. people can develop those kinds of thoughts for a variety of reasons and its not your fault for having them. youre not evil or dirty even if others say otherwise

like i appreciate the ones that are at least tagged but is it not somewhat detrimental to keep sharing it and viewing it? i think its just as important to avoid showing that to people who dont want to / should not see that stuff as it is to not let that person get away with it

SORRY YAPPING AGAIN forgive me i cannot sleep but yeah like. i do agree that while people enjoying genuinely disgusting things should be exposed part of the reason i moved here from twt is because my tl was FULL of people just sharing so much gross shit while calling people out.

i will always encourage people who suffer from something they cannot control to get help but part of recovery is not feeding into an immoral attraction because that just exacerbates the issue

yw and no worries! though its safe to assume that someone who claims to be a "(insert stance on contact)-paraphile" is definitely someone youd want to avoid like the plague, as the term is generally associated with the ones that are Not Okay and theyd be using it in reference to those

paraphilias generally speaking are non-standard sexual interests, i.e. fetishes but there are paraphilic disorders which does include pedophilia. though if you see someone saying theyre an "anti contact paraphile" thats a way of them admitting they have one of the morally abhorrent ones
