UPS contacted them multiple times for the customs clearance information which they never provided. It is your responsibility as the person requesting (unpaid I might add) content creation to make sure the items end up at their intended destination ✌🏽

My sister had a company send her phone cases to do content for them; she didn’t receive the package due to the SENDER having to contact customs. They tried to get her to do it but they wanted to talk to the sender and not the recipient, she received some shitty email from them today 😂

An email that reads: In my previous email, I explicitly instructed you to contact the local delivery service to schedule the shipment immediately. Your failure to take action has resulted in the recipient not completing customs clearance, and the package is now being returned to the sender.
As a direct consequence:
We are liable for all associated shipping and return costs.
Given these circumstances, we regret to inform you that we won't be working together going forward.
