Alrighty so i always seen circus baby to be based on a giantess (not that weird ass shit) they're tall fat lady's that was in the circus/sideshows, cuz look at baby and look at them it really makes sense! second image is a woman who is the same height as baby and the last one LOOK AT HER STAGE NAME.
Circus baby from five nights at Freddy's: sister location, for comparison This is a woman that is literally 7.2 feet tall, the same height as circus baby Her stage name is literally "baby Irene" So saying circus baby is a child because she has "baby" in her name shouldn't really count at that point
