Clearly the wider politics of J K Rowling are problematic, but watching HP7 and she got totalitarianism absolutely nailed. The control of state infrastructure, "othering" of opponents, use of propaganda, and retelling of history by an evil oppressive regime is absolutely spot on for the Trump era.

HMRC are normally hellish to deal with on the phone. Automated systems. Long delays. Useless staff.
Today they were all of these.
But Barclays Bank were 1000 times worse!
HMRC aren't the worst company to deal with! It'll be raining frogs next...
