I'm really curious about the discoloured ring finger. It's her left hand so it'd be the wedding ring finger. I'm guessing it's a Vena Amoris reference, the belief that a vein ran directly from the left ring finger to the heart?

Just realised there's no clue for number 19 on the crossword in the teaser spread.
I've filled in what I think the other clues are, so the letters for 19 would be O?D.
Old or Odd would be obvious choices, but given the missing clue I'm wondering if it might be, ironically, OCD?

Maybe it's just me, but the way her head is poking through in the first panel kind of reminds me of the hydrotherapy baths from "Ash" in 2020

Another reference to something in sheep's clothing, and the shadow looks like the Skin walker or the creature from the Treachery circle of hell/plague comic. (assuming those aren't one and the same).

I'm guessing, since the Odyssey takes place during Odysseus' return from the Trojan war, and there's a Trojan helmet in the background too, that the rocking horse is another Trojan horse - a disguise to trick you into inviting in something deadly.

May mean nothing but I think the partially obscured painting labelled "The Odyssey" is based on "Ulysses deriding Polyphemus Homer's Odyssey"
To escape the cyclops Polyphemus, Odysseus and his men wore the skins/fleeces of sheep after blinding him.

Jorge has written about "The deadliest game" where a man hunts humans for sport. Could be referencing the kids in this comic being turned into big game animals, or could be a reference to a comic I've not read yet.

Emma's book report could be a reference to day 3, "Identity". The perfume brand in the last panel was called Belle and there's a book called The Belles by Dhionelle Clayton that "explores themes of beauty, perfection, and individuality"

Wendell is, for now at least, targeting kids in his class that have bullied him, and it looks like Jayden is next.
The foreshadowing of Wendell getting picked up by a car branded "Carrion Taxidermy" is just cherry on the cake.

In the background of the first panel there's a behaviour chart. Bryce's has been removed, but under Bryce's desk there's a paper with lines written on it, "I will not fight". The teaser newspaper spread has a note next to it that says "school called - Bryce suspended". Wendell "got [Bryce]-

Love the little hints to what's going on. Wendell wrote a book report on "Animorphs", a series where people turn into animals.
Under Dean's desk it looks like there's a book report on Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. Someone taking parts from other people to build a creature.

Without flipping it might be the words "urge" and "shame" but I can never make out a clear S for shame. Alternatively could also be "hamburger" repeatedly.

The keep out is written in a particularly nice cursive that doesn't appear anywhere else. The closest thing to it would be the repeated help speech bubble in the first panel.
Still can't make much of the other text. If I flip it some of the text might be "woman" but not convinced it's backwards

I think it's a floor plan of the basement. The shape in the top right looks like the "bed" in the first panel. The central rectangle would be the cardboard box "desk", the rectangles at the bottom are stairs. The corner where the trapdoor is has been torn off and daddy has written Keep Out.

My guess is daddy kidnaps the women, because it's their job to be "mommy". Locks them in the trapdoor where they scream and try to escape (snore). Replaces them every so often once they stop making noises? Given how malnourished the kid is, could it be where the corpses are going?
