Last night i had a small panic attack after someone who’s friends with people related to me being groomed joined a space I’m very involved in
Luckily for me, I had someone who was there for me when I needed them, and was able to focus back, and actually slept better than I have all this week

My heart has been aching all the time since christmas, and tbf I think I had at least three panic/anxiety attacks since, one due family, one due relationship fears, and a random, third one last night that I simply can’t figure out why but had me crying for two hours until I passed out on my own…
