I once paid the GP's invoice for a constituent of @jessphillipsmp.bsky.social in need of a letter to support a welfare benefits appeal - Jess had raised the issue on X. She later won her appeal and I got a lovely card via Jess. I consider it money well spent. (1/2)

RIP the presumption that the involvement of both parents is in the child's interests, introduced despite clear evidence from Australia that a similar presumption reduced protection for victim-survivors of DA, increased litigation, and was misinterpreted. You won't be missed.
