I‘m being so good and disciplined with my calorie deficit again for the past few days 🥲 and it SUCKS. It feels so hard. I just wanna snack when stressed. It‘s so hard to resist and not give into the coping strategy of snacking, that I‘ve used all my life.

It seems to be a still very sought after hobby. I‘ve written to 8 stables, am now on 2 waitlists and waiting for feedback from 5 other ones. Fingies crossed I can take my first lessons within the next half year. 🤞
So at 31 I finally decided to get my ass up and start learning how to ride a horse, now that I have horse-riding money and weigh under a specific number.
Still waiting for feedback from schools and teachers but at least there's a lot of options really close to us! fingies crossed.
