This week's Hot Chocolate Friday goes to Seren Howells in Year 8. Seren showed wonderful kindness and really considered the wellbeing of a Head of Year by buying him a bottle of water after he mentioned he had a headache and had forgotten his. A lovely act of care!

Ahmed represented Wales on the 1st of November, placing 5th out of 27 national gymnasts. His strong performance has earned him a place at this weekend’s trial to retain his spot on the British Gymnastics squad for next year.
