My opal glaze came out extra green on this piece. I modified the colorants slightly and am waiting patiently (well, sort of) to unload my kiln and see how it turned out! #pottery #vase

Those were the best. Gushers, chocolate lava cake. You should see the slime mold I saw last week, I’ll text you the video. Looks tasty but actually isn’t

🥰 I ❤️ these pedestals you made!

I love when the sunlight hits my pots when I’m set up at art fairs. It really makes them shine! #pottery #ceramics

Loving my new base crystalline recipe. It grows nice crystals and doesn’t drip too much (though it does drip a little!) #pottery #crystallineGlaze

Thanks so much! 😊😊

I’m loving teapot and teacup sets lately. I always say I need to make more teapots and when I do I’m always happy I did! #pottery #ceramics #teapot

I’m going to do a shop update in October or November, but before then they will only be available at art fairs.

Teacup and saucer. I made three matching saucers in this batch of teacups and they look so cute! #pottery #teacup #ceramics

Finally put this cream glaze into production. I’m loving the shape of the gold crystals! #pottery #ceramics #crystallineGlaze

This is a rare glaze combo- usually I only use one glaze. I love how my liner glaze interacts with the opal glaze to create that bright blue! #pottery #ceramics

Just unloaded the kiln and could not resist posting one of my fresh pots. My new crystalline formula is not disappointing! #pottery #teacup #crystallineGlaze

I scaled up the turquoise crystalline test and got much better results! It’s amazing how much 0.1 alumina by UMF affects crystal growth (plus some other minor differences). This was a 3hr hold. I’ll continue experimenting to get big crystals without the glaze running off the pot #crystallineGlaze

I got a pretty good test of the white/gold crystalline glaze! I’m figuring out how thick it likes to be - not too thick and not too thin, otherwise it has no crystals or way too many. It’s no joke that crystalline glazes are super picky about everything! Keeping me on my toes! #crystallineGlaze

Going to scale these tests up! I finally got a gold titanium crystalline to work (left). The one on the right has less alumina than my usual recipe and still isn’t running, but has bigger crystals. This was only a 2hr hold. #pottery #crystallineGlaze

I’m working on crystalline glaze formulas, trying to strike a balance between crystal growth and it not running. This one has 0.3 alumina by UMF, which is almost as high as you can go. I think it is a bit too stiff, as I didn’t get very big crystals even with a 3hr hold #crystallineGlaze #pottery
