Planned Parenthood health centers have been blocked from billing Medicaid, including ours here in Massachusetts. But we won't abandon our patients. If you have an appointment, keep it! We'll be sure you get the care you need.

Patients with Medicaid (MassHealth and Medicaid Managed plans) cannot use Medicaid coverage at PPLM right now for anything BUT abortion care, which is covered by the state and not the federal government.

Yesterday, a federal court allowed the law that 'defunds' Planned Parenthood to go into effect meaning Medicaid patients (MassHealth & Medicaid Managed plans) cannot use their coverage at PPLM right now for anything BUT abortion care.
