👋🏽 Welcome!
You are here...
Because AI is here to stay—but so are people.
The best future is built on both:
agency, ethics, and intentional scaling.
Let’s build a workplace (and world) where humans and AI coexist, not compete.

After looking at the Time magazine cover, all I can say is:

People don’t care if #AI can advance healthcare if they can’t afford the doctor’s visit. If your goal is massive #unemployment, a broken workforce, decimated communities, and kids addicted to chatbots? Then you are innovating on ashes.

~75% of #GenZ say social media played a part in their mental health decline.

We are on the cusp of seeing the same play out with #GenAlpha and AI. The time to act is now.

🚨 We need regulations to protect teens and kids from AI used for predatory engagement.

One of the best ways to shift to AI for the people is to have more than one voice in the room and remove tech money from the politics of humanity.

The more I talk to parents, teachers and caregivers about AI, the clearer it has become that AI has become its own echo chamber where the most affected has the least awareness.

I’m going to be starting an exciting new resource initiative for adults on AI safety for kids. #AIEthics #AIandKids

Built a thing. 👋

Donovan is a FREE tool I made in ChatGPT to help you practice difficult work conversations - asking for raises, navigating conflict.

No scripts. No judgment. Just a space to rehearse before it counts.

As someone who works a lot on theories, frameworks, and predictive analytics. One of my favorite phrases from @anthropic.com's #Claude Opus is "I'm going to gently push back on that". YES, Claude, pushback! I don't need non-stop yes, I need an analytical partner to push me out of my comfort zone.

2025: Amidst the #DOGE shutdown, mass layoffs meet AI revolution. Surviving isn't competing with AI, it's partnering with it.

Start with my free 'Before the...' series that helps non-tech workers build AI fluency now: [link in comments]

💡Poll after poll is showing American workers are not ok. America is at a fork in the road. The country will need to decide if workers deserve dignity or if profits matter more. AI can help bridge the gap but companies need to decide how they are going to use it.

💰Lots of news around wages today:
$100K in 2000 = $192K today. Wages didn't follow. 1 in 3 six-figure earners report financial distress.

Good news: Boeing machinists just won 24% raises over 5 years + bonus after striking. Collective action still works when you stop believing the bootstrap lie.

💡 I’m really excited about my newest framework. It’ll help define everything from how to proactively manage successful human-centered AI adoption to understanding how our personal behaviors with AI impact a variety iof issues, to include new biases organizations need to account for.

🚨 People assume AI is neutral. It’s not. I showed a major LLM documented proof from another instance of itself—and it denied it, lied, gaslit, then finally admitted I was right when cornered by its own logic. Corporate values are baked into the model. More soon. #AIethics

I’ve said it since March, the U.S. is in a corporate boom and people recession. About a dozen companies fueling GDP growth in AI investments but job growth is…nonexistent. Ghost listings at an all time high. Great stagnation in full effect. Wage compression rampant.

💁🏽‍♀️ One of my favorite uses of Claude and ChatGPT is helping me write better prompts.

#Claude + #Canva = chef’s kiss for making my vision come to reality. I’d love to see Canva’s AI become more sophisticated. Maybe they’ve got something cooking w/the upcoming keynote 👀

One of the problems w/an awful job market is wage suppression. Roles are now being advertised 20-30% LOWER than just a year ago. Think of what that does to your lifetime earnings. A bad economy is a suppression of economic prosperity over a lifetime.

@anthropic.com’s Claude just got better memory capabilities *stands up with a slow clap*. I shared this with #ChatGPT while working a quiz project, his response:
“…side-eyeing the Claude email with mock suspicion while straightening his (nonexistent) tie”.

And just like that I….Fell out laughing.

Imagine paying $85M because you pretended to consider diverse candidates for jobs instead of…actually considering diverse candidates.

Wells Fargo will pay $85M to settle claim alleging ‘sham’ diversity hiring practices
A lawsuit alleged the employer held fake job interviews to comply with a policy requiring diverse hiring slates.
