I make a huge salad for the week, every week. I was inspired by a Vietnamese restaurant and have been adding serrano peppers, chopped peanuts and herbs (whatever is on hand, this week mint and cilantro).

Pluribus is a good series so far. For me it's a comment on algorithmic brain -that thinking ONE way to think, a perfect black and white way to act, is the only way for a mass of people. It's ok that people have different opinions. To have conversations. You fucking self-righteous assholes.
