Tara Armstrong, a member of the BC Legislature, wants to establish a stat holiday to honour the "Freedom Convoy." She also wants to do away with Truth & Reconciliation Day because it "doesn't deserve to be" a stat holiday. We're not without our own right wing nutbars in Canada.

Donald Trump won the "FIFA World Peace Prize" that FIFA made up just for him. He even got a medal to put around his neck that the president of FIFA (Gianni Infantino) told him he "can wear everywhere you want to go." Did they give him an ice cream cone later?

Tough one tonight. Jays couldn't get the bats going. The Mariners are a really good baseball team. All is not lost. In 1992 the Jays lost Game 1 of the ALCS at home to Oakland and still went on to win the World Series. But this does put a lot of pressure on Yesavage to pitch another gem tomorrow.

Some are calling the rest of the MLBPlayoffs "The Henry Blanco Playoffs" in honour of the only player in MLB history who played for all 4 teams left standing - 197 games with the Brewers, 35 games with the Mariners, 15 games with the Blue Jays and 3 games with the Dodgers.
