Kudos again to the @prefect.io crew on doing documentation right for the AI era. I love everything about this -- mcp server, llms.txt and copy as markdown shortcut behavior

How does a CLI command to transfer resources between backends relate to Kahn's algorithm and topological sorting?

How can the looming threat of an LLM character takedown keep us accountable?

These are questions that can only be answered in one place:

A week maintaining an active open-source project can make you laugh, cry, or reenable spacebar heating to avoid breaking changes.

We're starting a dev log to share the good, the bad and the ugly decision making that goes into every week's release of Prefect:

In 10 months, Prefect's open-source adoption has grown nearly 6x. This growth revealed a clear need: scaling teams needed options between Hobby and Enterprise tiers.

Last month we added two new plans & the response's been 🔥 - we're smashing goals faster than we can set them!

🚀 Prefect's downloads are now 6x what they were just 10 months ago — from 300K/week to 1.8M/week.

The excitement, feedback, and contributions from our community have been humbling. 🙇🙇🙇

Great piece by @cicdw.dev on Task Runners in @prefect.io.

By decoupling the definition of what to execute from how to execute it, graduating from threads to @raydistributed is a line of code.
