I normally would choose to refrain from engaging with this sort of discourse but this is an issue that's extremely important to me
It really bums me out that people are so unwilling to criticize ARC Raiders for its usage of AI voice acting... especially AS a voice actor
Even outside of the ethical concerns I have about that, it's just not something I want to interface with as it's a fundamental betrayal of art

I think one of the toughest things about being an unknown/independent freelance voice actor is never getting responses to your auditions
You'll send something in hoping for the best and then after months of silence the project will just come out
It's definitely a tough pill to swallow 🫠
