Birdwatching is both a mindfulness activity and a connection to the Universe for me. It's easy for me to sense our connection to even the dinosaurs when I observe a Great Blue Heron. This one surprised me when I looked up above the trail I was on and saw it just a dozen or so feet above my head. 🩶
