great q! part is personal gnosis/experience, but also Antares is Watcher of the West, which syncs with the descendant in the natal chart, and how death + relating are interwoven bc they're both about abnegation of personal will. having deep relationships based on truth seems big for Antares ppl too!

this is so real! I'm working with Aldebaran right now and can relate to the struggle to focus. With your moon, it def makes the steadiness of Aldebaran more cyclical or unsteady. i imagine your habits do better when they can be in relationship to your daily feelings/moods.

don't underestimate the small things if working with Aldebaran;
things like paying special attention to what I eat, regularly meditating, keeping up my morning routine, etc seem especially important to grounding the bull's outsize energy
