I really love this book series(3rd do out this month XD).
It is really funny, clever with the puns and innuendos and especially the jokes. Falcon getting trapped/forced into situations because of his backstory always puts a grin on my face.

The Audio Books are once again done by Johnathan McClain.

But hey, just have an honest face, know what password to give the Minotaur, don't try solve any problems with Money and things should work out.

-the job and prevent him from [ redacted ].

Or Melf....poor, poor Melf. Suffers a fate no Bard would ever wish upon another.

And OF COURSE they get pulled into a massive save the world quest right from the get go. And OF COURSE it involves death cults, demons & undead.

-he'd change things up and play a big dumb Barbarian for once. Well, now he's a big dumb Barbarian and couldn't tell ya what number is between 5 & 7.

Or the new kid, who gave his rogue the darkest, most epically "original" backstory ever conceived! Now has a crap ton of assassins looking to finish-

-all ready to play. At the roll of the dice- FLASH!!!

You find yourselves in the very tavern the DM described, not only that but you are also now your character(Species, gender & Stats)!

For some, that's a dream come true. For this group...not so much.

Their main puzzle solver had decided-

Alrighty, got another Ryan Rimmel novel for ya, One Bad Roll.

LitRPG, Comedy, Action, Adventure.

Imagine this, after a month apart you and your friends get together to play your favorite table top RPG. You got you characters sheets made, invite a new kid who is clearly just learning and you're -

I gotta stop writing these when tired.

Narrated by Johnathan McClain, who has a lot of range with his voices, each character sounds unique and stand out. He always gives a top quality performance and keeps me coming back back.

single-handedly makes the series Queer friendly.

The series is also filled with references out the wazoo, but not in an annoying way, some are actually quite clever...like the Dalton daughters.

I absolutely recommend these books for any who likes a good laugh.

There are audio books -

Gonna be honest, this 1st book was just ok but really picks up near the middle once Jim encounters the Goblin camp.

The other books are much entertaining and introduce very memorable characters and some pretty humorous running jokes.

One of those characters being OttoSherman, the man who -

who are discussing how they're gonna roll his character sheet. After some shenanigans and grievous insults thrown at 1 demon, Jim finds himself on the world of Ordinal and has an annoying little zit of a demon stuck as a companion as he traverses the strange new land.

Ok, next on the list is The Mayor of Noobtown by Ryan Rimmel.

This is an Action, Adventure, Comedy series, and was my introduction the LitRPG genre(Worlds with video game mechanics).

The story follows a guy named Jim right at the moment of his death, where he awakens in a room with 2 Elder Demons-

and I am eagerly awaiting it's release.

Personal thoughts: I bought this book on a whim and absolutely fell in love. Devoured it in a single sitting and bought the others as they became available. Including the audiobooks so I could listen to them at work.

I love the setting, world, character, love that villains get that slow death -

What follows is blood, death and Raz realizing he's lost himself in a terrible way.

While Raz is the MC, the book is split between multiple perspectives.
It's a short read at just under 300 pages, though, if preferred, there is an audiobook. Mikael Naramore does an amazing job as narrator

the Arro's.
*just realized I wrote "Raced" instead of "raised", like an idiot*

One day, while his family is selling their wares in the city, Raz happens upon a kidnapping attempt on a young Priestess of Laor and intervenes. This action sadly causes Raz to suffer "No good deed goes unpunished".

For now I'll start with Child of the Daystar by Bryce O'Conner, part one of The Wings of War series.

This is a dark fantasy; revolving around murder, slave dealers, vengeance, corrupt governments and loss of self.

The book follows Raz, an Atherian who was raced by a nomad tribe of humans known as-

Tired of my lack of interaction on here, but having nothing really to post(other than art by others ;3) I've decided to post about books I've enjoyed reading over the years.

Maybe it'll get a discussion started, maybe I'll find like minded individuals, who knows.

The Ritual by Adam Nevill

You're Not suppose to Die Tonight by Kalynn Bayron

Watchers by Dean Koontz

The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde(considered queer)

Negative Space by B. R. Yeager(queer based)

These are all I can think off the top of my head.
