New cancer incidence stats show the risk of developing cancer in 2022 was 24% higher in the most deprived areas of Scotland than the least.

However, not all cancers follow this pattern - prostate cancer is 29% more common in our least deprived areas

💙 Our new findings show that babies younger than 3 months, whose mothers received the maternal RSV vaccination, were 80% less likely to end up in hospital than those whose mums hadn’t been vaccinated.
