Mainly, the crash can be exhausting, long-term. It can also make you more sweaty, flush your face and make acne worse (from the sweating) - But I think generally the side effects don't outweigh the benefits. That said, because of the side effects, I limit my use to only when I really need it.

Seems like you're benefiting from it. I've been taking it intermittently, normally during the work week to maintain focus and alertness. It definately helps, but there are certainly side effects, atleast for me.
