(this goes for anyone) Just because they don't like the boundary you set, doesn't ever excuse their reaction, and they need to own and be responsible for it rather than outsourcing their responsibilities.

Obviously without additional info it's hard to comment directly, but I would say that setting boundaries is not just reasonable, it's *essential* for healing and that you've done exactly the right thing here.

You are responsible for you, you are NEVER responsible for their reaction.

Im also on a boundary setting journey, and the frequency which people pretend they understand, and want to respect them until they benefit from crossing it is gastly! Also, unfortunately, the reaction you've experienced here seems all too common.

I personally would love to see you being able to be your full self.

And when it comes to the pup hood, it's not about getting the right look, it's about getting yourself in a headspace to enjoy it.

But the fact your download is so bad, looking at your upload unless your connection is getting hammered I'd expect your download to be around 28/30mbps.

Definitely try the restart of the router/WiFi, failing that you might need to report the fault with your provider I'm afraid.

Whoa! Yeah, definitely, I missed that entirely.

That said... I just tested mine, and although better, not as good as I was expecting.

Could be due to WiFi to be fair.

upload = 19.5mbps

Ping = 41ms
Download ping = 331ms
Upload ping = 209ms
Jitter = 2ms

Dare I say it, have you tried turning the router off/on again?

Also if you're on WiFi and can plug your device in via network cable that's worth a go.

It's particularly interesting that your upload is higher than the download though.
