Flashy AI demos get the clicks.

Boring AI workflows get the contracts.
Enterprise buyers aren’t asking “how smart is it?” anymore.

They’re asking “will this still work on Tuesday?”

Reliability is the new intelligence.

That’s the moat serious operators are betting on.

There is no secret sauce, of that I can assure you. There are simply methods that are proven to work over time for every skillset worth monetizing in any essential industry.

The “work-life balance” conversation keeps people stuck.

The wealth gap isn’t just income. It’s the compound effect of how people spend non-working hours. Some are consuming. Others are building.

Balance = the goal after you’ve built the foundation. Integration = how you get there.

What chess taught me about strategy, sacrifice, and the long game. The board is a mirror. It reflects how we think, how we plan, and how we respond when plans fall apart. 64 squares, infinite lessons. open.substack.com/pub/drmalcol...

#booksky AI is a compression engine. Books are an expansion engine.

The people most worried about AI replacing thinking often stopped reading a decade ago.

Your edge isn’t “learning AI.” It’s maintaining the depth that makes AI outputs useful.

Read more. Not despite AI. Because of it.

We have infinite access to knowledge, mentorship content, and global networks at our fingertips.

Yet people still shrink themselves to fit rooms they should have left years ago.

“Going along to get along” isn’t survival. It’s self sabotage with extra steps.

Choose your ecosystem wisely.

Your understanding of the human ego is the source of your complacency.

It’s not about killing the ego, it’s about directing it.

Learn how to use it properly and it becomes fuel, not friction.

Happy 68th birthday, Dr. Mae Jamison!!

She made history as the first African American woman in space, but that’s only part of it.

She’s an engineer, medical doctor, astronaut, entrepreneur, educator, and advocate.

She went to space + brought all of us a little closer to it.
