Now in #Science #Immunology: Justin Zhang, Jamie Rossjohn, @pzareie.bsky.social, @niclag.bsky.social, & al. generate LCK-FREE mice expressing mutated form of endogenous LCK that cannot bind to #CD4 or #CD8. These animals show defects in #TCell lineage fidelity & antigen-specific #TCR diversity!
